The metamorphosis

When he started that blog, it was only meant for a fun. But, the fate was prepared to take him in a totally different direction! As a blogger who started an honest blogging career for a while, but received very little feed back from the cruel outside world of people filled with partiality and favouritism, he decided to start his new blog posing as a female! It is not a clever idea that someone with a sound mind would do, but he did it as his last resort! That was the only way to attract attention from others, he believed!

He made a beautiful profile of a girl who is at her nineteen years of age and named her as 'Dahlia.' He had a soft corner for that name because there was a real girl with the same name in his college with whom he had an one sided love affair! He tried to win her heart but because of his poor tactics, he was unable to convey the message! Eventually he forgot everything about her when his priorities changed naturally. But the thought about her always remained dormant in his mind.

Ever since his blog was up in the Internet in the girl's name, he got enough attention even from his debut blog entry itself. He had put a photo of an empty plate and scribbled some words to fill the emptiness of the page without even giving a second thought! In the following morning, his profile views were thirty nine and he had managed to receive twenty six comments! Some of the readers praised the empty plate as a blank and pure mind and the others supported the idea! That was indeed a new lesson for him. From then on, a new journey had began. Within another six months of time his blog in the name of Dahlia became one of the super hit blogs where plenty of people joined and interacted. There was an outcry to nominate this blog for the best female blogger award organised by a blog group!

He was really enjoying the pleasure of having a very successful blog. He lived in the blogosphere as a girl. Some of the readers send him letters seeking for a love affair and some of them even offered a possible marriage!
He slowly felt himself that the game was getting out of hand! He wanted to end this anonymity somehow, but was never prepared to loose his readership! He imagined of enjoying the same luxury in his own name! He was constantly thinking about the ways by which he can resolve this whole affair without getting hurt by himself!

That was the time when the most unexpected happened! The girl called Dahlia and her family moved into the opposite flat! That was a real shock for him. It took days to recover from that impact!
The families got introduced each other.
He felt happy in the end because he hoped to make atleast a friendship with Dahlia! She visited his house a couple of times! The parents even agreed for them to have a combined study for the coming exams!

This latest twist in the whole episode became very crucial for him because he feared that Dahlia may easily find out about his blog as she has now the freedom to log on into his home computer! He started to get nightmares! He wanted to end the blog adventure as early as possible by posting a farewell post to his trusted readers.

He sat in front of the computer. It took a full day to finish the farewell post. He explained his situations to do this extreme measure and revealed that he is a male but was posing as a female to have a popular weblog! But now, the fact that he had fed up with the whole idea, he now wants to reveal his new identity.
He requested the readers to have mercy and to continue supporting his new blog with the real identity, which he will be starting very soon!
He put his post in the blog.

He woke up in the morning to see the response. Opened the blog. To his surprise, he had seventy six comments in the inbox. He anxiously opened the first one and it read.."Dahlia.. very nice post as usual. Your April fool post looks very realistic...! Once again you proved that you are a convincing blogger...!"
He looked at the calender..
That day, unfortunately was the 1st of April..!

"A mind storm"

While living in a concrete jungle where the rats and the mosquitoes were as common as you would find them in any slum, his mind was disturbed! It was bombarded with a train of unreasonable and irrelevant thoughts to which he seemed have no control at all! He was very uncomfortable because these thoughts had nothing in common with that of the existing world! It was unreasonable to avoid calling it as a mind storm when you may try and explain that mental phenomenon! He searched for the answers, but was only getting increasingly agitated as the days went on! He googled his thoughts, but there was no match available! He tried to contact his best friends over his mobile phone by sending them repeated text messages( it was too expensive to give voice calls to all of them). But most of them did not gave any reply. Some replied him telling that they are too busy and would contact him as soon as they find the right time! He also send countless emails to his contacts by making group emails through his six or so email accounts. But had very few replies and none of them gave him enough consolation! He also had a number of weblogs in different names where he posted his mental concerns regularly but, had very poor readership and the number of comments and suggestions were near to zero!

He went to the sea shore to calm down his mind. The sea had very little to offer him. Those huge waves from the sea joined hands with his roaring mind and they made gigantic waves! They came to attack him and he even thought of an impending tsunami to happen!
He had to run away from there to save himself!

Then he went to a desert in search of the mental peace. But his mind was strong enough to trigger the nasty sand storms! They drove him away from there!

His next destination was the snow mountains where he really hoped to have a cool atmosphere! The mountains stayed very calm until he noticed an avalanche approaching him with fury, in the next few minutes! His thoughts send disturbing waves to those mountains to provoke them! He left from there too!

Finally, he thought of going to the forest to gain control over his mind, but abandoned the plan because of fearing the consequences in case his mind would team up with those dangerous predators of the forest!

He had to do the ultimate thing in the end. He copied the thoughts from his mind completelyinto the Internet! It took four hundred and sixty two days, ten hours, thirty seven minutes and fifty eight seconds for him to complete it! He stored them into an open source program where anybody can store up to 25GB of personnel files. He kept the user name and the password very safely with him because he did not want the dangerous thoughts to get out and trouble him again. The files were promptly archived into the cyberspace. There after he had a very normal life.

After five hundred and sixty seven years and ten months later, an Internet research scholar from India accidentally unlocked his user name and password! He could not believe what was in front of his eyes! He actually saw his name and a poor quality digital image of himself in the start of the files. The author was giving him the permission to publish those files to make it public! He could not believe someone who lived five hundred years ago would predict that he will be the first person to find out about those files to give them a life!

The document went online in the universal net and the people across the different planets read them! Everyone enjoyed that amazing work and it soon became one of the huge inter-planetary best seller of all times!

PS : You may be thinking about what was written in those files! Please don't ask me.. I also have no clue about it at all! Unfortunately, my suggestion is that we may have to wait until it gets published and the best way would be to be reborn after another five hundred years of time!
